These terms and conditions govern the relationship between HOLIDAY SOLUTIONS to as "the Company," and the customer, referred to as "the Renter" or "the Customer," in relation to car rental services and holiday packages provided by the Company. By engaging in any transaction or availing any services offered by the Company, the Renter agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Reservations and Bookings :- Any Booking will be confirmed after proceeding the payment by the customer as per the given time limit, otherwise no booking will be count as confirmed. Rest Balance also customer need to pay as per the given direction or before ending the tour, dropping point.
2. All toll, state taxes, parking, charge will be borne by customer. Extra or waiting charge will also be borne by the customer.
3. AC will be not started in hill areas. 1 Rupees extra will be charged on hill areas in per Kilometer charge as per conveyed to the customer.
4.  Any damage to vehicle by customer or any theft from the vehicle by customer, all loses will be paid by customer in any circumstances, also the services will be terminated at the same time and no booking or any paid amount by the customer will be refund or returned.
5.  Any misbehave, fight or abuse with the driver your services will be terminated at the same time and we are not liable to return/refund any booking or any other amount paid by the customer. If driver makes any mistake or do any arguments with you, don’t argue with him directly. 6. Smoking, Drinking, carrying hazardous or unlawful materials in vehicles are strictly prohibited and subject to terminate your services at the same time and no amount will be refund paid by customer for booking or anything.
7. Insure your belonging safety yourself in vehicles and carry all the things belongs to you with you when leaving the vehicles as we are not liable or responsible for any theft or loss of your belonging from the vehicles.
8. Any charges increase due to natural calamity like landslides, bed whether, Road Block, Government rules or policy, Dharna, Rally. Road show, traffic jam, sudden petrol diesel price hikes etc. will be borne by the  customers.
9. If any problem comes in the vehicle during journey customer will have to wait until a new vehicle arrangement by the company.
